What is Osteoarthritis?

OA is a disease that affects the articular cartilage (the tissue covering the ends of bones) of any given joint as well as the bones, ligaments, joint capsule, membrane, and muscles that surround the joint. If you improve the range of motion in your hips, your body could compensate for the lack of movement in your lower back.
